Barre Fusion

Join us for an invigorating Barre x Pilates class that offers a total body workout! This class integrates low-impact, high-intensity movements for both cardio and strength. Pilates | Sculpt

This dynamic class blends mat-based movements with light weights to enhance core strength and muscle tone. Through slow, controlled exercises and the use of various props, you will improve flexibility and mobility. The class targets the entire body, incorporating mindful breathing and smooth transitions. Join us for a revitalizing, low-impact experience that strengthens and sculpts your muscles while prioritizing stretching and lengthening.
