How do I find the Studio?
ClubWell by Kate currently offers online, on-demand classes only.
What do I need to bring?
We provide all necessary equipment for our classes; however, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Additionally, for classes that involve the barre, we recommend wearing grippy pilates socks to enhance your experience.
What is the Class Etiquette?
To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all participants, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Arrival: We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early. This allows everyone to settle onto their mats and ensures that we can start the class promptly.
- Footwear: Please remove your shoes before entering the room. There is a designated bench outside where you can leave your shoes.
- Conversations: To maintain a focused atmosphere, we request that you refrain from loud or distracting conversations during class.
- Equipment Care: At the end of each class, please clean any equipment you have used and return it to its designated place.
