About Me
My teaching style is simple yet dynamic, with flowing transitions that make classes welcoming, effective, and engaging. I believe group exercise is more than a workout, it builds confidence and community, providing a vital third space to focus on both body and mind. I currently Philly based, and am dedicated to helping people find support and joy through movement.
Movement has always been central to my life. Growing up competing in weight lifting and track, I went on to earn my bachelor’s in Physical Education. During college, I began personal training and teaching mat Pilates classes, eventually expanding into barre. I managed my college’s group exercise program and created my own fitness business while graduating with my master’s in spring 2025.
My thesis explored women's habits and barriers in the weight room, fueling my passion for helping others discover movement they love. I hold a 300-hour Mat and Reformer Pilates certification from The Reformery, and an ACE Personal Training certification. I have over five years of experience instructing.
